Due to security measures at the Sanjo conference hall, the front door is locked until 9:00 a.m.
For this reason, we will delay the first morning session (M1, M4, G3) in Sanjo Hall by 15 minutes and shorten the following break by 15 minutes.

Presentation Guidlines
For Oral Presenters
- The allocated time for each talk is 15 minutes (12 minutes for talk and 3 minutes for Q&A).
- Powerpoint file or PDF file is acceptable.
- Please upload your presentation materials by 6:00 PM the day before your presentation.
- Uploading is via the dedicated upload links. If you do not receive an upload link, please contact the secretariat.
- Please be at the venue 15 minutes early to review your slides before the session starts.
- There are two venues: Sanjo Hall and Koshiba Hall. Please check the venue for your presentation. Please also check the information for the location of each venue.
For Poster Presenters
- Please display their posters during lunchtime on the day of the session. Please remove them by the coffee break the following morning.

- Poster board size & orientation :
Sanjo Hall : Portrait, H 115 cm × W 85 cm. An A0-sized poster (118.9 cm × 84.1 cm) will fit, though the bottom may overhang from the board a little.
Koshiba Hall : Portrait, H 176 cm × W 116 cm. - Poster rooms in Sanjo Hall : Underground (B1) floor, the meeting room 001 and 002.
- Poster rooms in Koshiba Hall : The Foyer (30 posters) and meeting room (10 posters).

PHITS Tutorial
- The tutorial will take place on July 4, from 9:00 to 18:00, in Room 85, B1 floor, Faculty of Engineering Building #85.

- All participants are kindly requested to bring a laptop computer with the latest version of PHITS (v3.35) installed.
- If you have not yet obtained or updated to the latest version, please do so as soon as possible.
